Good morning all. I have a hi-hat atv aD-H14 connected to my alesis "strike" SE module. there is a Bow input on the Atv which is not wired. My idea would be to get the bow sound from the ride with a Y-cable to plug it into the Bow input of my Atv hit-hat. but currently with the 2 cables of the alesis ride, I can't find where the Bow signal wiring is located on the 2 sockets. does anyone know the datasheet of the alesis ride to isolate the signal and thus use it on my hi-hat ATV?

merci pour vos explications.
I think that the strike module has the bow and bell on one ride input, and the edge on the 2nd input. The problem is that it uses all these signals combined to determine which sound to use. If you're expecting to plug a pad into the ride2 input and trigger a sound, I don't think that will work without hitting the ride cymbal at the same time. That's not to say that you can't use the zones separately on separate pads, but the only efficient way I know of to do that is by using midi and triggering the midi note number of the pad zone that you want. I use midi to trigger the ride edge zone with a separate pad for an aux hi-hat.
